I am a pretty good eater, i eat alot of salad and fruit but i do have a big appetite. I'm one of those people who have to eat like 6 small meals a day a appose to the 3 meals a day. I do drink a lot of water too especially in summer. My question is how can i stopp feeling hungry all the time.
